TERRIBLE This hotel advertises on line for breakfast included but they don't. They are misleading. Next morning I saw a roach crawling on the bathroom floor when I turned the light on. I got horrified!!!!

They lost my reservation had no rooms for me then they tried to charge my card the next day

This Extended Stay America makes the Motel Six looks like the Waldorf Astoria. Completely dysfunctional — first room smelled like cigarette smoke, so we asked to look at another room. That room was occupied by another guest. Third room was OK, but the bed lamp doesn’t work and kitchen was not stocked with plates bowls cups or utensils No ice bucket. Clearly some management issues here. Bed sheets are old!!! Other Extended Stay America’s have been a very nice stay. Wish we could say the same for this one.

The inside of the microwave was green, and no hangers in the room, lamp was falling off the wall, room had funky smell

no coffee maker no hair dryer dirty no daily change of towels or bedding. delay in check in

Bed bugs on the bed. Left the immediately and we were placed in another room. The bed also had bed bugs too. I give all bad ratings for this establishment. Never staying there again! I booked a room at a different hotel.
