Staff was nice, although when I arrived at 10 pm, no one was at the front desk. I requested a room on the ground floor and got one, so she did fine. However, I noticed a s strange odor in the room. Later I realized it was the floor-- it was still damp! I had already settled in so I chose not to ask for another room. Also there were no dishes or anything to eat with. The cupboards were bare! Be sure to bring your own dishes and utensils if you stay here.

The staff was unfriendly, she made it seem as if we were a bother. The room was dirty and amenities were limited. Overall poor service

The room itself was clean and had everything you would need. However the staff that checked me in was a bit rude. The area the hotel is in isn’t too bad and there are plenty of fast food/chain restaurants nearby. My big issue was the noise. I have never stayed at a hotel that was as noisy as this. Kind of a sketchy place... didn't want to be outside alone. There were wandering men every time I looked outside.

Yuck The faucets in our motel room had crud on them, which was disturbing during covid-19. We had to fetch the dishes ourselves. The phone wasn't functioning, and the room smelled. It was also extremely small and barely fit the furniture in it.

Warning, do not stay in this hotel. One of the worst experience i have ever had. I booked a room on expedia, and when i got there the room was cancelled, so i had to go to another hotel, as this hotel took the money off the card, and wouldnt honor my reservation. I had to call expedia 2 times to get my money back. I was really tired after being stranded on the highway for 6 hours. They were horribly rude at the front desk as well. I have never been treated like this
