My room reminded me of a 30 year old Jayco camper in quality and cleanliness. The office chair had multiple stains on the seat, there was trash under the kitchen sink, when I took a shower I thought I might break through the thin plastic that served as the floor (and I weigh 120 pounds). No coffee maker or other kitchen amenities. No machines in the laundry room worked. 2 day stay was not great Manager was rude, didn't even ask if we needed anything, got in the room there was a dead roach by the TV room was not very clean, smoke alarm was hanging down had to call the front desk to inform them. Jesse was great even tried getting me a discount for the stress of the stay but couldn't because I booked through hotels.com which sucks. Now don't know If I want to use the site again. Couldn't sleep couldn't hear every single noise and movement of the neighbors. Depressing for sure.

TERRIBLE This hotel advertises on line for breakfast included but they don't. They are misleading. Next morning I saw a roach crawling on the bathroom floor when I turned the light on. I got horrified!!!!

This Extended Stay America makes the Motel Six looks like the Waldorf Astoria. Completely dysfunctional — first room smelled like cigarette smoke, so we asked to look at another room. That room was occupied by another guest. Third room was OK, but the bed lamp doesn’t work and kitchen was not stocked with plates bowls cups or utensils No ice bucket. Clearly some management issues here. Bed sheets are old!!! Other Extended Stay America’s have been a very nice stay. Wish we could say the same for this one.
