old linens, shower had dust on edges, and dirt. No conditioner for my hair, or blow drier. Just had that motel feel to it. We've stayed in this hotel in other cities, and they were great.

Doors/keys didn't work well, "breakfast" was a joke and staff not very helpful.

This hotel definitely needs updating. The room was dark, the carpet was dirty and the towels were threadbare. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable.

The property did not have shuttle service, which was stated incorrectly on the booking sight!! The lady at he counter was rude.

The facility was 32 degrees in the room with no heat that was working, not clean. Did get a refund and didn't stay there.

I will never stay here again. The woman who checked us in did not smile and made little eye contact. The room we were given had the smoke detector covered with plastic and smelled of tobacco. When we were given a different room, though an apology was provided, the front desk complained about their own housekeeping staff, giving us less than a little confidence in the overall cleanliness of our room.

Very run down, no hair dryer in room, only 3 pillows on queen bed, and the property looked poorly maintained.
