Disappointed I used to book Extended Stay of America because it has kitchen so i can prepare food my kids. But this time i was really frustrated and disappointed. I switched on electric burner gas top it takes 40 mins to fet heated. We have wasted time on cooking because of heat slowness. We had a plan to go to Sandia Peak at 8.00 AM but we started at 11 AM because of this heating problem. We missed the Tramway due to wind at the top of the mountain but wind starts at 11.40 PM actually Tram was functioning before 10 AM.

Room smelling like cigarettes..disguiting..the bathroom needs repairs asap ..the faucets were coming out of the wall..i traveled with little children and arrived late..so they were sleeping and felt bad to take them in and out of the hotel..i would never stay there again..im so sorry..

The hotel staff were very rude, will not give clean towels for the next day, did not do room service when requested. I ask for personal hygien supplies but did not want to give anymore for my 2nd stay, toaster and stove did not work. I was ask that some funds will be deducted from my account for the replacement of any item not working regarless of fault or not. Very unfair service. Encontre cabellos en la cama (tome fotos). Se ve que no cambiaron sabanas. Alfombre sucia. No tiene percoladora en el dormitorio.. No tiene donde apoyar las maletas para sacar la ropa. Porque arribe en la madrugada al hotel y cansada del viaje no solicite cambio de ropa... Esta vez no quede satisfecha con esta reservacion
