Disappointed We arrived and were not able to have the accommodations we reserved. The people around us were loud and the room was dirty. Left over food in fridge, sink was clogged, no shower pressure. Broken tv, and when I had to get a ball for my puppy under the bed, you can tell there was no vacuuming happening along with trash and other unmentionables. Worst stay in room 131 3/17/22 Came to visit my husband who works near by. Our room smelled bad, which we found came from the pull out couch, the bedding looked and smelled like it had never been changed. I told the front desk, and she had me change it myself. It had blood stains so she just gave me a biohazard bag and gloves. I got clean sheets, which then had a bug on it. (I got another set of clean sheets. There was some webs on the lamps by the bed. One of the few hotels close to the Rio Rancho area. Hotel had overbooked rooms and did not have the room with two beds as I reserved. Also, the pull out couch did not work. So they only had one bed for the five people I had booked. They were not very willing to work with us since we had booked through a third party company (Expedia)

NEVER AGAIN!!!! Our room was not what we expected at all. One of the beds did not have feet on it so the bed kept falling causing that person to be very uncomfortable. We put the kitchen trash can under the bed to hold it up. The bathtub did not drain so we had to stand in a tub full of water while we showered. The kitchen chairs were two desk chairs that were so dirty we didnt even want to sit an eat our dinner. We took tea to make in the mornings and the microwave stunk to high hell. Not the break I was looking for Place smelled like marijuana, they don’t serve breakfast anymore even though their hotels.com site says they do, the walls are paper thin and I could hear the man snoring next door all night, the sheets are super thin and there’s no comforter, just another sheet, so it was pretty uncomfortable in many ways. Probably won’t spend $ to stay here again

Unwarned of 200 dollar deposit after prepayment I wasn't informed of the 200 dollar deposit that I had to pay after having already pre-paying for my room. That was such a huge disappointment and uncalled for financial burden. Reported that the bathroom ceiling above the shower was about to fall into shower.

Suprise we will be charging you more The hotel was good staff was nice would have been better if would have been told about the $200 deposit that they charged after bookin and paying online.

Rooms are not like the picture. Mine was missing a couch, then we moved to another room with a recliner, not a pull out. It was also dirty, there were no dishes available or cups. It also a continental breakfast is provided but it is not. Your better off staying at the one across the street

Was unaware of the $200 deposit that can only be returned through mail after check-out. Expedia did not explain this during the bookong process. Highly inconvenient for people already traveling for work. Half of the doors would not work for multiple people and their cards. Found Hair and stains in the room still fresh. Power went our multiple times. Half of the lamps and outlets in the room did not work. Very unsatisfied.
