Avoid this property at all costs. The room they gave us had a broken toilet, sticky floors, dirty room and we had to wait to speak to employee while they were arguing with other customers. They did not have any other rooms or maintenance to fix ours so they offered to refund us. They did not refund our money and it's been over a month since. Do yourself a favor, this property is not worth the stress.

Worst place ever We had a truck pulling a trailer, we arrived and there was no parking anywhere for a big truck. We checked in around 1145pm so we were absolutely exhausted coming from Texas, so we had to park against the sidewalk since we had no other place to park. We got to our room and it was like going back in time to the 90’s. Front desk staff was very helpful and nice. They were very accommodating when I asked to be moved to a cleaner room. The first room had dried mud on the carpet, crumbs all over the nightstand, and hairs in the sink. Unfortunately, the next room, although appeared cleaner on initial glance, needed maintenance. The ceiling in the bathroom was coming down, lots of tile issues and mold and mildew in the shower, green stuff between the sink and the mirror. I’m in Rio Rancho frequently and won’t be staying here again.

Both rooms were dirty. The sheets had stains... gross. The sofa bed mattress were stained, gross. Brown ,black stains on sheets and sofa mattress in both rooms. Super dirty

Recommendation:Stay somewhere else Between the lack of cleaning, the completely apathetic staff, and state of utter disrepair, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room number plate was missing which made me think that the staff didn’t know that it existed. Why else would there be holes in the tub surround, someone else’s shampoo bottle in the bathroom and hairs left in the refrigerator.
