Wrong bed size Paid for a queen size bed it was not when i called the office after walking in and seeing a twin front desk was extremely rude about it and didnt offer to change to a room with a queen.

The staff was nice and very accommodating. However, the hotel facilities are not up to par. The bathtub was grimy and rusty. They advertised breakfast, but only had coffee and hot water. Everything else was alright and its in a good location.

I wasn't able to get into the building for over an hour because the keyfobs on the outside of the building weren't working. The one staff person was helping other guests and wasn't readily at the front desk to open the door. My queen bed room didn't have a TV so was down graded to a double bed room. The room was dusty, dirty and didn't have towels, hand towels or washcloths. The table had food stains and the room smelled musty. I had to plug my phone charger into the plug by the kitchen table because none of the outlets work... read more

I booked my reservation 1 month prior to my stay. When i Arrived my suite had been given to another individual. I will be requesting my FULL Refund!

The bathroom sink was clogged, I think the complaint fell on deaf ears, the response I was given was "Oh, not again" no attempt was made to repair while I was there....they expect you to pay a $100 deposit to stay but dont bother actually making sure the room is squared away before you arrive. Disappointing to say the least.

Horrible service Horrible experience. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. Finally at 540 we checked in only to find out an additional $200 charge would be place on my card. I’m familiar with deposit holds but they did a separate charge for $200. The next morning at check out I asked for a receipt and they said they couldn’t provide me one until after 11am. I asked for some thing that showed the $200 was a deposit and not my room charge since they charged the 2 separately and they said they couldn’t. I would not recommend... read more
