The beds were not made when I walked in the room. I was given the sheets and pillow cases after I returned from the engagement I visited the ABQ area for. Then, I realized there were no towels or soaps either so I had to make another trip down to the front desk to pick them up. I was on the 3rd floor and all the way down on the south end of the hotel. This was a great inconvenience since I had my 90 yr old mother with me.

LIVID!!!!!!!!! I am working now to figure out where I can log my complaints. We were turned away upon arrival (after check in time) and told to come back later. We were then later told the location was overbooked and that me and my child were out of a reservation with nowhere to stay.

Disappointing check in. Check in was set for 3pm , we waited in the lobby until 4.15 to check in, room was not ready. Finally given room keys, went to the room, waited in the hallway another 20 minutes for the room. To add to the situation the room keys did not work. Don't think we will stay there again.

Poor customer service... Don't waste your... The customer service is the worst I ever encountered, of any property I have ever stayed in, the front desk attended was rude, impatient, hot helpful at all, all she did was threat to call the police instead of listening to anything I had to say. For some reason she seemed to think I didn't understand what Extended Stay meant, instead of listening to what I was trying to say, she kept threatening me, 4/5 times of calling the police, not even trying to understand what I needed. Was not allowed to check in because of id issue. The clerk at about 9pm was rude and unprofessional. He said to go through you for a refund. Very disappointed with this situation. I have used your service in the past and i am seriously thinking of using another service. I checked into a different hotel in Rio Rancho.

DONT DO IT!! I’m never going back I couldn’t check in because my purse was stolen. Didn’t have a physical card. But they charged me anyway and hotels.com won’t give me a refund either. I wont be doing business with this site or this hotel chain EVER AGAIN!!!
