Do not stay here. The outside looks good, but the inside is gross. One of beds wasn’t made, I had to wait 30 minutes at the front desk to get bedding and the mattress was stained. We had to sleep with the windows open because the room smelled like cigarette smoke like it was a hotel casino. The window casings we’re cracked…it was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Had a confirmed reservation and was denied a room during the busiest weekend of the year. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Adam confirmed he knew we were coming and did not contact us to let us know that Extended Stay was cancelling our reservation. We were left STRANDED. Adam was completely incompetent and did NOTHING to help. Will never make a reservation here again. Worst customer service EVER!!

The room was filthy. The bathtub was moldy. The paint on the walls were peeling. The floors had trash on them and sticky all over.

There was a $200 deposit that was not communicated prior to booking the trip and is quite steep for a one-night stay. There was no cable even though the property advertises premium channels and cable channels. The bathroom was filthy. There was what appeared to be blood on the bathroom sink. The tub had mold and was not clean. When we complained, there was no resolution. Very bad customer service!

The pool was relaxing for my kids

I checked in late due to work. The lady working the desk was asleep and didn’t hear me at the door for several minutes. When I finally got to my room, it was a room that was like someone’s apartment. Their personal clothing was everywhere, toothbrush and razor on the sink and food on the table, refrigerator and cabinets. Everything was dirty except the clean towels and bedding. Find another place to stay Not real clean. Early check in not possible. Breakfast was horrible coffee and a hard granola bar. Room not real clean. Wouldn't recommend
