Terrible service I was very upset that only one of the rooms I booked was available. We had to resort to staying in 1 room together. The receptionist was rude and told me they were overbooked. She said that this happened often and I would have to complain to you because it was a third party reservation and you are at fault. To top it off, she said my credit card was declined and requested payment with another card, which luckily I had. I paid and then called the first credit card company who reported no transactions. Rio Rancho Extended Stay Hotel was close to the area's I was visiting. Hotel is not kept up, Lobby had over 10 lights out, Elevator floor someone had spilled a drink inside and in the 4 days I was there no one had cleaned it. Tile in Lobby was filthy. Asked about getting a taxi ride to airport the front desk person couldn't tell me or give me a number to call, when I asked about Uber she looked at me with a blank stare.

The property was dirty and the halls were filthy. The room was a non smoking room, and it smelled like smoke. Rug was filthy with many stains.

outside property was nice except the half step outside the door of the end of the building that i actually tripped on and scraped my knee caps pretty goog.

Spend the extra 20$ and stay at the Hilton down the street! Staff here are extremely RUDE! Most of the entrances and exits were broke you either had a hard time getting in or you could find a few broken doors that didn’t lock and a flow of people entering and leaving, safety was not a concern for this establishment. The man at front desk wasso rude.. they couldn’t accommodate me because they didn’t have room available, they said those things happen when we booked through third parties! Which was Expedia.. I called expedia to cancel they they still charged my card when I didn’t even stayed at extended america hotel.. It was not my fault they didn’t have room available. Front desk Manager out of control, disrespectful The female Manager, really disrespectful whit everyone and agresive, this this first time that I have this kind of situation, I heard the they have many complaints about her, and she still the manager, I will never stay at this chain of hotels again
