My reservation was given away to another customer. I arrived the evening of my stay that was reserved through Expedia only have the on duty manager tell me he gave away my reservation to someone else who wanted to extend theirs. Tired to understand how I could have a reservation only to find out it was not really reserved for me at all and was then asked to just leave the property.

The place looks nice from the outside but the room stunk bad, the bed was so hard, and the room was not clean and looked very old and smelled so bad. The carpets need to be shampooed. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I made reservations based on the outside look and stayed one night due to a medical procedure my husband went through overnight.

The kitchenette was nice, but the room smelled like smoke even though its a non-smoking facility and it wasnt clean.

This place had a great room layout. We got in lTe about 9:30 pm and hadnt quite settled in when we noticed that the nigbt stand gad dried fluid all over. I cleared it to make sure it was just a stain and it came right off. The shower had hair and plastic from who ever stayed in the room before us. The chairs in the room which sit around the table also had some sort of substance through out which didnt even appear as if it was attempted to cleane. We ended up getting a full refund but will not ever attmpt to stay here again.

The hotel booked me for two reservations even though I only had the one through Expedia. The pillowcase and side of bed had blood on it. The drawers were not clean. There was only one remote for two TVs. The pull out bed was dirty. I will never stay at an extended stay hotel chain again. Ever.

Location is the only positive. Very gross carpet. Small. Things were falling off the walls- blow drawer dock and part of one of the “closet” shelf brackets... just fell off. No effort. Internet was stupid. Only 1 chair and a tiny chair for 2 people for 4 nights. And it was filthy. Cabinets were filthy. Fridge was clean but freezer smelled weird. Room was Ok but Occupants were smoking in the rooms and made the hallways stink like skunks.
