Horrible... beware Horrible experience. The front desk service lacked customer service. The room was dirty; bed was not changed out, floor not vacuumed, bath toilet still had stained of urine on the bowl.

Dirty Room Unsafe There was trash under the bed. That tells me cleaning was not done and I should have check prior to first coming into the room, however I felt I'm not suppose to have to worry about it. So I later on the evening bought Clorox wipes and wiped down the room. The couch clearly doesn't get cleaned or wiped at that. police were down the hall from us.

Never Again We arrived late due to traffic and construction. The Hotel did not care. They gave away our room and they did not have any rooms available and they still charged us for the room. On top of everything I had to find a new room for our family at 2:30 AM. I was tired, exhausted and annoyed.

Elevator was out of order. No coffee pot in room. Desk personnel was very rude.

Give it an F The first room was not handicap accessible and had been smoked in. The front desk said they knew but didn't have time to clean it. The only handicap room had a full size bed and a pull out twin. No Kleenex, shampoo or bedding for the pull out. When I asked for a pillow, the front desk said she didn't have a key. It was also dirty with food on the stove top. Food on the floor and hair in the bed. I would rate this as a negative 10 if I could.

There were Dirty sheets everything else was fine.
