Bath tub had hair throughout (really gross) and there were no clean towels. Didn’t realize until the morning. When we called desk for towels clerk was rude and uncaring. We had to go down and get them. TV didn’t work. There was no glasses or kitchen wear in room. All around just a horrible stay. Thank goodness it was only for 1 night.

This hotel has rude, uninterested and arrogant staff. They must have such a GM too as the GM sets the tone. You could hardly find anyone at the Reception desk and if you try to get their attention they appear from the back looking upset and acting annoyed that you interrupted them from doing whatever they were doing in the back. Overall my impression was that the hotel was cheap, had poor service and the facility was run down. We will never stay at this location and avoid this brand in the future.

Need Better Control Of Your Guests I requested a room on the top floor, but was given a room on the 2nd floor. As I was preparing for a virtual meeting I could hear the people upstairs making excessive noise. I tried calling the front office twice but nobody answered, so I had to go downstairs. I go to Rio Rancho NM very often and I’m always stay at this hotel I ever haves this experience I took my two little girls and my dog I ask the front desk person choice very clean room because of the girls and when we get in the room my dog start eating o lot stuff from under the bed it was o lot of trash I it I have to go and clean it my self and I call front desk because I didn’t get any password to use internet not one answers so I wasn’t available to use it it was late I didn’t want to go with my little girly my self to ... read more
