do not waste your money here I understand that COVID is an issue, but I called the front desk a few times from my room and could not reach a human. I just wanted towels on day 3. My call was rerouted twice to the main Extended Stay office in another state and the lady I was on the line with also could not reach anyone. The toilet also has issues and when I went to the front desk, which I did not want to do, another man was mentioning similar issues. The room was not clean. Food left in microwave...trash underneath the sink...floor not vacuumed well... bathroom floor not swept or mopped properly...one bed not made properly...when asked about a coffee pot never heard back from front desk....over heard another customer at the front desk had to wait several hours for clean towels .... Only one snack room and ice machine which is on the first floor so if you are on the third floor you have to go down two floors for ice....trash piled up in the stair well for days.....smokers... read more

Meh No pillows for the pull out couch, no dishes for the kitchen, no coffe pot and the microwave caught on fire.

Check in was horrible lady at front desk was horrible. Waited almost 15-20 mins to check in finally went up to room. Walked in and noticed right away that room was not clean prior to the arrival there was a hair tie on the bed, the bed cover had black spots on it and The restroom had a dim light missing a light bulb and no towels at all. There was culking dust on the carpet. Just a overall disappointment.
