Hotels.com dropped the ball Overall the stay was ok. Pretty clean. My frustration is with Horels.com. I specifically requested a room on the top floor. Got one on the ground floor. It seems the hotels never get that request. Also, i specifically looked for hotels with breakfast included. Hotels.com failed to inform me during booking that breakfast was closed due to COVID-19.

Dead bug We found a dead bug in the bed, flies coming out of the bathroom faucet and the bathroom door didn't latch. The chairs in the room were so gross I wouldn't let my kids sit in them and there was dried chewed gum on the floor. The elevator floor was disgusting and the hallways stunk of cigarettes even though it was listed as a smoke free hotel. go some where else if you can There were things left in plain sight- showing that room was cleaned sub par one of which was a recording monitoring device which was creepy and sketchy- when I took it to the front desk the woman at the desk acted all sketchy about it- Slow service- took 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back to check me in and I even rang the service bell 3 times! Does slamming all night- hallway smelled like pot even though it is a non smoking property- Very poor experience. Not using them again-

I had stayed st this hotel many years ago and it had been a pleasant experience, unfortunate this hotel is in serious need for a remodel. Carpets are old. Key access into the building was horrible. It locked me out a few times. I understand that in current conditions, it may not be feasible to put money into this hotel, but i think it has been neglected for some time. The vending area which also houses the ice machine and laundry is extremely warm and smells badly. I have come to expect more from Extended Stays.

The staff did not adequately deal with a barking dog during the hours of 7:45 to 11:30 pm. Other customers complained about the barking dog and still no action was taken to quiet the dog. Will never stay there again. Management what is your action policy for employees to implement when dealing with this type of pet noise? I would like a full refund of my charges The

I checked into the property late and had to make two requests for a coffee maker along with other supplies. The following evening upon my return (late once again) my key wouldn’t work to gain access to the property. So I stopped at the front desk where the staff member acted as if it was no big deal, but the staff memebrr who had checked me in neglected to enter the proper days. No apology for the inconvenience. Place was filthy... Band-Aids on the wall...pullout couch matress was badly stained. Bathroom fan looked discusting...as if it hadn't been cleaned in a decade or so....You definitely get what you pay for.

Place was falling apart. The smell was like cleaning products and animals. And there was hair on all the sheets. Gross. Never staying there again
