Let's start off with the smoke free thing. BS our floor smelled like weed, the elevator smelled like a cigarette every time we used it the "breakfast"was a couple of muffins, stale coffee with the thickest most nasty looking creamer and that was it, it was supposed to be served from 6-9am we came down at 630,7,730,8,830 a box of muffins was finally placed out at 830. Dirty Our room was dirty and had no shower curtain

Disappointed-will not be staying at this hotel ever again-no daily cleaning or making of beds unless you paid to clean room-had to take dirty towels to counter to get clean ones. Very Disappointed!!!

Didnt get ground floor like asked for... got in room and the heater didnt work on one side of room.. bed was very uncomfortable.. had to go to front desk to ask if they could replenish breakfast area. Then only brought out a few muffins.

The room I rented had bed bugs. They were discovered minutes after entering the room since we always look before unpacking. When I asked for another room, I was told there wasn’t any more available. I then asked for a refund and was told I had to contact Expedia. Five days later, Expedia is still trying to get my refund.
