Ghetto One of the AC units didn’t work. Walls gashed. Mold in shower tile. Someone tried to get into our moving trailer overnight

We reserved a king with a pull out couch and when we checked in we got a full with a recliner. On the second night of our stay someone pulled the fire alarm at 11 o’clock at night. Majority of the people we ran into said they also received different rooms than what they reserved. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again.

Would not stay here The pool was closed the towels in our room looked dirty and upon asking for new towels we were told no because we weren’t in the property longer than a week. The website says continental breakfast and all that was there was oatmeal and granola bars. The room we stayed in smelled like pet urine. Just overall trip was not good.

Worst place ever!!!!!!!!! We tried to check in their system was down, so everything had to be done by paper They gave us a room myself and my two children , 9 years old and 16 years old. went upstairs to the room and there was a naked lady in the room. I went back downstairs told the front desk clerk and he called me a liar he said there's nobody in that room and then he said that he would have to go check after he came back he said we give you anouther room didn't apologize for calling me a liar nothing. It was garbage and they didn't have my room I booked and paid for never again will I use this web sight or this hotel worst traveling experience ever
