Not Great. Power was out due to weather, but the staff was unapologetic and didn’t seem to care that no rooms were ready. The room and bedding were not great. Convenient to Asheville but overall not a great place.

Our room was laminate not carpet like pictured. Weird but fine. The room was filthy and covered in dust and animal hair. Assuming cat since we spent the rest of our trip recovering from allergies. Piles of human and animal hair in the corners and on the tables. Not cool. No power on first floor in the morning so we had to carry all our stuff downstairs three flights. Just not a good experience for us.

Used soap left in bathroom After complaining about bathroom not clean and previously used soap still in soap dish. The staff did not offer any solutions to resolve.

Horrible Got about two hours sleep at this place due to loud occupants above me called the front desk several times about it and on the third or fourth time I called they actually got mad at me instead of correcting the issue do not waste your time at this place spend the extra money for a nicer hotel also the water in the tub could not be turned off so I had to listen to that all night

Close to stores. The tv was to low sitting on a dresser. Needs to be mounted higher on a wall.

Extended-stay We are arrived in the front desk staff was very nice. However we walked into a filthy room that had to unmade bed sheets and comforter on the floor or hanging off the bed. The room head obviously not been cleaned. The odor in the hallways and the rooms were unbearable. We went to the front desk and they offered to give us another room, but we went to that room it was also dirty and smelled terrible. Not a good experience Odor in hallways and room, no ice maker, no housekeeping services for a two-night stay,bedding not comfortable, staff not very professional, really low end.

Worst hotel ever! This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I left after the first night and lost my money. I booked into another hotel rather than stay there. The beds were like rocks. The breakfast is a joke. You have to ask the front desk to even get a coffee pot in your room.
