While the room was comfortable there was basically no staff, the kitchen was empty of basic necessities, and to get anything one had to go down to lobby to get it. Ie glasses, cups, coffee pot, shampoo. Grossly understaffed and unsupplied.

This was one of the worse places we have stayed Service was not good, paid to much more the lack of quality service Never will stay

Not worth the price Says it’s dog friendly, however we were charged a fee per dog when checking in, and it wasn’t quoted in the room rate or on their website.

We got in late (about 11pm), and the staff was not pleasant at all. I asked for an additional pillow and I thought I had asked for 1M bucks. We checked in which took forever, honestly I have never had to fill out so much paperwork. We left after going up to the room to turn on the AC, to go eat, when we returned, the police where there. Kinda scary. I believe they were escorting someone out of a room. The beds were like bricks. It was clean.

Extremely surprised that you have to ask for everything: a coffee cup, coffee machine, a spoon, a hair dryer, soap to clean a coffee cup. Very odd to have to ask for these things. At hotels like Springhill Suites, Embassy Suites, Fairfield Inn - rooms are equipped with these items. Plus they also offer daily room cleaning and fresh towels. We had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk to get fresh ones. There wasn't even a garbage bag in the kitchen garbage can. I realize it was a holiday weekend but for the price we paid for this property it was very disappointing. Our room had a very strong odor, there was a sticky substance on the dressers and nightstands and the shower had numerous hairs along with mold on the shower curtain. Our toilet was also clogged and when we called the front desk the gentleman said we have plungers down here that you can come get to unclogg it. DIY was a huge theme here as also in the high price housekeeping was not included. We had to bring dirty towels ... read more
