Horrible service. They never told me that they “sold out” in reality was that they didn’t have any maid staff to have a room ready. But they did collect my money rather eager. Este of my time. This is my second chance giving them a chance and let me tell you I will never come back nor I will recommend This properties to people, they don’t deserve to be even open.

Third times the charm. Check in was a night mare. There were no rooms at the first location. No rooms at the second location. On room at the 3rd location... Snd now it's 1145 at night. The staff eventually got me in, however it wasn't my best time. The room floor is uneven. About half way through the room, it shifts down. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is not contenental, it's grab and go.

This was booked for an employee coming in to Alpharetta to work. He reported to me there were roaches (large and babies) in his room and one on his pillow. We will not be booking with this location again.

The whole building wills smelling, we were supposed to live 15 days and we moved in 2 days. Horrible times for me and my family. As we were in a new place.

Our room smelled like marijuana and was dirty. Told the stay they didn’t seem to care. Said they would spray something but it was coming thought the ac unit

Old, run-down, not very clean. Some bugs in the room. Ran out of cups for coffee for two days. Disinterested staff.
