Room not clean (window open, wasps in the room, previous guest towel on the back of the door, lots of hair in tub, sink and sink fixtures dirty, trash under the bed, dirty dishtowel in the kitchen drawer), couldn't get sheets for the pullout couch until 11:45pm (even though we stated that we had 3 guests when we booked the room and asked for the sheets as soon as we checked in around 5pm), pool was closed (no reason given by the front desk staff), and NO breakfast provided on the weekends (the website says breakfast provided... read more

I should have done my homework before booking here. The area I was in wreaked of cigarette smoke. Will not stay there again.

Not too good. Towels and wash cloths were not available and microwave did not work.

I smelled gross. There were baby roaches in the kitchen. The garbage overflowed outside and a homeless lady was sleeping in the lobby one night! Then they charged us an additional b100$

The bathroom shower was not working and we had to use water bottle to clean up and the floor was all with animal hair. I don’t even think they vacuum the room before we were assigned to the room

the staff did not wear mask front desk and cleaning crew no mask i dont like that with all thats going on in the states. and i am a smoker its very hard to find nice rooms for my family
Too cramped and everything smelled from pillows to towels to the room. I was given in a room that had not been properly inspected and verified by management to be housed for guests. No hotwater, stove not in working order and dishwasher leaked, flooding the kitchen floor plus. Response by staff was appalling and too despicable to be put on this page. You would think you were working for Extended Stay rather than the other way around, specially when charges were collected upfront. No housekeeping was provided.
