Not the greatest, considering the area. Insufficiently staffed, poor housekeeping. Luckily the kind front desk associate vacuumed my room upon my 10pm check-in when I pointed out pieces of paper and other unidentified things on the floor. Also found a little un-emptied trash in one of the baskets. Pillow cases reeked of cheap perfume, got new ones of those too. Other sheets and towels seemed ok and other surfaces seemed clean. The room was not stocked with anything usually stocked in an extended stay. No toiletries, no paper towels, no kitchen items. Matter of fact, the beds had no blankets and there was no extra bedding for the pullout bed. Unfortunately, this was discovered after the front desk was closed. The staff was rude when I asked for more towels. We didn't go in the pool, but from our window it looked dirty. The only saving grace was the AC worked really well.

Sleepless in Atlanta Upon my arrival the clerk told me "We don't have any rooms and people keep coming in with reservations. Sorry mam." I kept waiting then after a while he found out the he could give me a room which had just been cleaned but was missing pillow cases. At 7:30 he said "I'll have pillow cases for you by 9 pm"., but none were available until 10:30 pm. The walls are like paper, I could hear everything in the hallway. I PAID in advanced for a room - had a confirmation number. Showed up to the hotel and was told "We have no rooms" and basically was told to figure it out myself. In years past I've only had something like this happen 1 other time, in that case, the hotel made arrangements for me at another hotel. This is totally unacceptable and I will NEVER stay at any "Extended Stay America" hotel.

Checkout was unbearable, the elevator was inoperable and I was on the 3rd floor.
