Elevator broken and room smelled of nail polish remover

Abysmal I called ahead of time to let them know that I had a late check-in (flying into Atlanta at midnight). I got there and they had given my room away. The night guy wouldn't even let me in to use the restroom.

I dont like how mediocre the breakfast very lack luster and the bathtub had broken paint in it so i could only shower the bed was not made for me like most hotels after u leave and come back i didnt get fresh towels unless i brought the dirty ones to the front desk. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and professional. Other then that i wont be staying here anymore.

Hot water didnt work in the bathroom sink. Fridge looked like a bomb went off, floors was any better. Staff cussed at me, telling me I could not smoke in the parkig lot, that I had to be inside my vehicle. Breakfast was a joke, nutri-grain bars that felt like someone crushed up andcoffee was so burnt tasting that I could not drink it.

The room was just dirty. They disguise “eco friendly “ but that just means they don’t take the time to do anything to the room that a normal hotel does. The “breakfast “ was pathetic and looked like the least amount they could do while still offering “breakfast” as an amenity. The cost comparison was the same as other hotels in the area and I wish we would have picked one of those hotels. Will not go back again.

We stay here almost monthly because it’s convenient for our needs so we’ve overlooked the occasional dirty shower or musty odor HOWEVER this month we’ve learned that the hotel has blocked FOX news channel. Even if I don’t watch it - who are they to determine what news outlet I can watch. This is my last stay here. The reason the front desk gave was Corporate was dealing with the station. That doesn’t ring true because this appears to be for all locations regardless of local TV providers. Basically this business feels compell... read more
