The hallways had a strong odor! When checking in, there was no-one at the desk. When someone did come, they said, "Can you see that bell?" The hotel had no blankets so we had to use the coverlet and towels. There were no extra of those either. Staff was extremely rude!!

Bedbugs are horrible. Had to leave at 2am with my 13 ye old and drive 3 hours home. Came to Atl for braves game. Do not stay here…

Rough Going to the Atlanta Braves baseball game and made reservations because it’s within walking distance. That’s all that this horse has going for it. I prepaid for 2 rooms. Which neither were available when we arrived. I reserved a king suite, I had to accept a queen bed with no pullout for my family of 3. The double suite was finally made available for the family joining us. In the room was dirty- sticky floors, nasty towels, and a broken chair.

Dont waste your money. Bug infested hotel. Worst hotel ever i have stayed at cheaper hotel that were cleaner the first looked as it it was partially cleaned, the hall way on the 2nd floor had an unpleasant smell (i wasnt going to complain as we had checked in later around 9 and just travaled several hours with 4 young children and we needed a place to rest before our next stretch of our trip) The stove was tore apart (the heater elements were taken out and setting in the sink not sure if it was an issue with the stove or if ... read more

Hotel smelled bad from the moment we entered. Hallways stunk but luckily the room wasn’t terrible. The building is pretty old and beat up. Dated look. Upon arrival at check in time, rooms weren’t ready so we had to leave our stuff in the car and wait a few hours. We were kept awake by the guest in the room above us all night. Rough visit. Won’t be going back.

Hotels.com basically dropped the ball on my famil! This wasn’t so much about the hotel as I am extremely pissed with Hotels.com about what happened with our reservation! After reserving my room two weeks in advance I show up and find out the hotel never received payment from Hotels.com. I liked the fact that it was near Truist Park which was the reason that we were there. There wasn't a shuttle which was somewhat of a downer but we were still within walking distance. The area wasn't bad, but it was extremely noisy inside our entire time there.
