Just Awful If you enjoy having to yell over the counter for an employee to show up to the front desk because they have no bell and if you love the taste of stale cigarettes the moment you hit your room then this is the place for you. I and 2 other groups chose a refund based on the conditions. I did not know the other people. All 3 with very different rooms had the same complaint of very strong cigarette smell. My room personally smelled like someone was actively smoking next to me as I walked through. Another customer state... read more

Smells awful when you walk in. Music blasting walking through the halls, people yelling, area felt unsafe. I would never stay there again.

The property was not clean and no service

Get a hotel stay away. The check-in was pleasant, the staff was great and helpful also. However the whole hotel smells horrible. The old and dated furniture needs to be replaced. really not worth the money. Please remember this an extended stay establishment. so all walks of life is in there. Oh no, never again!

Somehow my reservation was lost and the hotel did absolutely nothing. They didnt seem to care at all. Even after it was confirmed i had booked a room they just shrugged.

When I arrived I found out they did NOT have a room! despite me having a reservation! no one apologized! it was horrible: I had 2 small children and after the lady behind the counter (she never told me her name) called 5 hotels, we were placed in a hotel that was quite scary: room smelled of smoke - holes in bathroom door likely from someone punching them, no metal supports on the sofabed - no dishes or cutlery in kitchen - no trash collection, our room wasn't cleaned daily

Property was not well maintained, we had difficulty checking in and were almost charged twice, pullout mattress was filthy, and breakfast was just add water grits and packaged muffins. Do not recommend.

As soon as we got to the room and turned on the lights we seen multiple cockroaches and bugs come from under the couch and the light on the nightstand. The smell was hard to take as well. The woman at the front desk was never present so we always had to wait for her but she was quick to refund me for the night without any issues. We did not end up staying.
