people loitering outside of property asking patrons for money. Room smelled. Staff was friendly but property was not worth price paid and could have easily stayed in Holiday Inn Express or Sleep Inn for same price in safer area with cleaner rooms. Regret booking room in advance and not cancelling by 6pm on day prior.

I did not know that illegal immigrants from the Dominican republic were being housed there along with some American homeless people. Absolutely not a professional hotel that I will be returning to. The immigrant teen kids were running in the hallway laughing so loud from 10-12 pm at night. The floor hallway had tons of popcorn and filth. I'm not returning.

This hotel is dirty and smells like weed. We almost decided to drive back to TN and cancel our trip because of the hotel. There were people running up and down the hall screaming at 3:00am. In addition the walls are paper thin and the room next to us were “enjoying” their time. If it wasn’t for Kenya at the front desk, we would’ve walked right. She truly was amazing.

First the receptionist had an attitude then when we went in out room the cleaning was terrible.when me and my wife did our routine inspection with the bed it had a very visible stain through the sheets then when pull back the sheets the stain looked like dried up blood they tried to clean up we walk straight out the room after that now its going to b a process to get our money back

1st room no air. Moved us to a non handicapped with my elderly mom.the doors were always propped open with sticks. Nothing in the kitchen or bath. One pot of coffee. No ice or vending. The entire hotel smelled of must and marijuana.
