Location is only thing good. Completely horrible in every other aspect. Will never stay at that brand again and will ensure I recommend anywhere but that brand.

No breakfast I booked a one night stay for my family to stay while driving home from vacation. I chose this hotel because of the advertised grab and go breakfast and because it had rooms that slept 6. Check in was fine. When we got to the room there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper even though the reservation was for 6 people. I had to go down to request bedding. Hotel areas and rooms were dirty. They were understaffed and overbooked.

Didnt get the right room . When i asked about it ,was told they had to change my room. (There waa 6 of us). The room they gave me only has 1 bed. Manager did find another room .(group slipt) was told that it waa a computer glitch that thet me reserve my original suite. Hotel smells of pot, in 1 room the window was open, in the other room pullout bed was disgusting, heater didn't work there waa no trashcan. When I said something about rooms was given excuses. Will not stay there again.

Terrible hotel. Not good for a family stay. Walked in to the dated lobby and didn’t have a good feeling. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Got checked in and went to our room. It was filthy an hadn’t been cleaned. Went back to the front desk and asked for another room. There was also a smell in the hallways and in the room that really bothered my wife.
