The property was overbooked The front desk manger would not even bother to call to find out if nearby hotels were available. I've had this happen before and the front desk has always been helpful.

The other guest seemed friendly... But there was no security

Rude staff in the morning Very rude lady in the morning at the front desk a semi rude manager at night kept telling me how I should book for a week how I was throwing money away but never sent the email that he said I should take the survey to get a discount and I said I'll take them after the stay but I'm assuming he wanted one then well I'm not going to take a survey on something that I haven't completed yet but now that I'm at the end of my stay I wouldn't recommend this place

Better service needed I decided to cut my stay short after the smell of weed was not eliminated from the hallways and the night desk guy was not very helpful, so made a two week stay an one week stay. When it came time to check out, things were handled a little rudely by the day manager, who apparently didn’t know anything about the situation. At first it seemed nice. Then there were roaches everywhere in the bathroom and even some in the room. When we left we let the desk know and they very rudely said they had an exterminator coming. Which probably isn’t true considering the other reviews say they have bugs as well.
