Incredibly difficult to find as there are three Extended Stay hotels within a few miles of one another. It was extremely confusing the room was less than basic. Would not recommend and will not stay at this chain again.

Concerned Bitten by bedbugs and i was moved to another room. So i I didn't get quality sleep do to worry. Management told me someone would contact me and no one has yet!

In desperate need of updating! The front desk employees were great and very helpful. Our room was in desperate need of new furniture. It was all chipped and the drawers didn’t fit straight into the units. The kitchen was so old and I inviting. Grease in the vents of the hood fan due to age. The color of paint in the room was not eye pleasing. It looked like something from the 60s and 70s, very dated but clean.

Room wasnt ready at 430 pm. Checked in after 530, no utensils in room Roaches in room.. Phone did not work. Fire alarm from 630am to 7am Had exterminator come at 945 am... To spray for roaches
