When I arrived to check in, I was informed the hotel was overbooked and there was no room available for me. I am not happy with orbitz or the property for not informing me of this situation. I had to scramble to find other accommodations and I incurred additional expenses as a result.

The air didn’t work in my room. There was no mattress in the couch bed either!

Only really good thing about this place is the location. It is past outdated. I was the only one checking in at the time and still took me 15 minutes, it was as if I never made the reservation. The room hadn't been wiped down, hint the rings from someone's cup on the desk and night stand. NO soap shampoo, hand soap NOTHING. NO sheet or pillow for the pull out couch>>> The air thermostat has been tampered with and cuts off at 60 degrees. That would be fine if it was 60 not 75.

Only plus was that it was close to suntrust park No kitchen items provided for kitchenette as described. Shower rod coming off wall. Had to ask for sheets for pull out bed. Bath tub seal falling apart. Dresser drawer broken. Rude when calling front desk to ask for sheets for bed and did not even provide a blanket, mind you I did book with 3 adults and with a queen and pull out bed
