The location is great, the price is great, but some of the staff is not very friendly or helpful

Walkable and easy access to the trail / lake / downtown area.
Property is older than the picture show and the front staff lady was not friendly or helpful.

The door closest to our room to exit/enter the building had a broken lock so we couldn’t come in through there. We also couldn’t come in through the main lobby door at night because the lock wouldn’t read our cards. also the motel had a musty, moldy smell the whole time, which was worrisome. Otherwise, it was quiet, comfortable and the convenience of having free parking considering Austin’s situation with that.
