8:30 wake up call Everything was fine except the morning of check out, it was 8:30am and room service was knocking at out door then again at 10am. Check out isn't till 11am so it was pretty annoying.

The luggage carts have flat tires, there is some kind of alarm that goes off at abou 10pm until at least 2am on the 2nd floor and the front desk does nothing. Breakfast is granola bars and packaged muffins which run out shortly after 6:30am

Good and convenient to Lakeline Mall and shopping. Priced right for this type of property. If only I could find more words to fill this box so I could move on that would be great. However it just won't let me move on until I keep adding so many words I have none left for anyone else today.

Everything was fine, just was surprised at the amount of time it took to check in, already having a reservation. It had been a long travel day already and was just ready to get in.

Clean room, soft towels, decent bed. Room was heavily deodorized (which is an issue if you are allergic).

Thanksgiving stay The stay was awesome other than we had to call customer service first night because the guests above our room was stomping and running, after midnight until after 2am!! Other than that it was great!!

Drove and paid extra for breakfast but it was lame Drove and paid extra for breakfast but it was lame. Only sugary and greasy stuff..cheap and not healthy st all. Coffee was watery...ended up having to go to McDonalds.
