Try elsewhere Not good - facilities are really poor and not kept up well. On arrival my room was not completely cleaned or stocked with basics like TP. On departure at 6:30 in the morning there was no one at the desk to check me out. Room dirty and excessively worn. Entire facility is in rough shape.

Out of date rude staff When we checked in we were greeted by rude staff who ignored us and then acted as if we were a burden to be there. Once in our room we discovered broken doors, leaking toilets, mold under the sink and key card readers that would work. There were also no dishes in the cabinets a missing blow dryer and coffee pot and no telephone. Disappointed in ES Hotel Research Blvd Austin TX The staff didn't speak upon check in. The room smelled of smoke and mildewed/dirty carpet. The a/c leaked so carpet in bedrm was wet by window. Shower head broken, fell off & hit my foot. Questionable behavior in parking lot after dark. Elevator belt was popping loudly-scared my badly. Sheets weren't clean. Horrible it was a terrible stay. The room had no toiletries, the beds were not made. No bed sheets, no pillow cases, NOT EVEN A COMFORTER!! When we spoke to agent at the front, we had to follow her to get everything and it wasn't even handed to us. Literally threw everything into a trash bag and tossed it to the floor for us to pick up and take to our room. The sofa had all kinds of crumbs and a KNIFE was found in the pull out. Terrible experience No proper guest services, limited staff (1), dirty sheets, always an excuse for reservation, clean sheets, towels, "grab n go" breakfast, not listed on website. Be honest and say it's a "grab n go"

Don't stay here. Terrible customer service. Waited for an hour to check in because they weren't ready for check in at 3. The "breakfast" is just coffee and granola bars. Not worth the price at all.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Horrible. Horrible. Terrible. Worst guest service I have ever experienced. These are the words that come to mind when I recall my stay at this hotel. I have stayed at many different hotels and motels, and this one was the worst in every way. No sheets or pillows for the mattress on the sofa bed (had to call front desk and walk down to retrieve them). No dishes, utensils, pots, pans, appliances, etc. in the "fully equipped kitchen". Check-in took awhile because there was a lot going on and we felt that they weren't listening when we gave our information. They almost checked-in the wrong person and on top of that we found out that we were charged the wrong amount even though we already paid for the room. It took a little time to have it fixed. I don't think we will return..
