Room Not Fit for Use The following were wrong with the room they gave me. Of course I discovered it after we've settled in the room. They offered to move us. Bathroom door does not close. Carpet in front of AC wet due to condensation Kitchen light does not work. Light cover is about to fall Missing smoke detector in kitchen I notified the receptionist when I checked out, so they don't lease it again before getting fixed.

BED BUGS NO TELEVISION/PHONES AFTER SURGE On a week long trip including 6 hotel stays; staying at Extended Stay America -- NW -- Research Park was by FAR the most unkempt, dirtiest hotel stay of any of the other 5 hotels, in which I stayed over. At 2:30 in the morning; I am feeling pain on my face and arms. I shot up out of the bed and looked in the mirror to find bite marks on me. I turned on the lights around the bed to find BED BUGS on the pillow my head was resting on. I spent until 3:30 a.m. killing the hotels bed bugs.... read more

Never staying here again We arrived at the hotel to find no one at the reception desk. Once we finally got checked in we proceeded to our room to find it was a complete mess and wasn't cleaned at all from the last occupants. We went back to the front desk and got booked into a different room. Our new room was still poorly kept. Overall was not satisfied with this hotel at all. Nice hotel, horrible experience I booked online knowing I would get there late at night (11:30pm). My credit card payment had went through.. I had a work meeting the following day, so i expected to check in and get some rest. WRONG. The hotel's server was down, which meant they had no way to pull up any reservations online. The receptionist was very rude, and unprofessional, she was wearing a shower cap!!!!! Never get the room clean, my room was taken for some one,other person was complaining in the reception desk about the same problem , trash on the halls .

Room was covered in a sticky substance resembling syrup. It was on the counters in the kitchen area, the dining table and in the vanity area of the restroom. The shower had mold in the grout between some of the tiles and the refrigerator had a spilled drink pooled in the very bottom of the unit under the crisper drawers. I will never visit this hotel again.

Bad experience Not a good place for 70-80 bucks. I have stayed at better hotels for 50ish bucks

Look for something else except this. - the hotel was worse in condition, full of smell. - No breakfast was provided and when I asked they said supplier did not come. I stayed for 5 days without breakfast. I ask for some complimentary instead of breakfast but they did not give anything. - No security, People was smoking next to the 'No Smoking' board. - Only good thing I found staff was providing quilts, pillows, and sheets without hesitation.
