Bad experience

Old and smelled bad The parking lot was diety and smelled of urine, the room was old and smelled of smoke but was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bathroom looked clean but smelled of urine. The bedding was not changed or offered to be changed the whole visit. I will not use them again.

The area was ok because there's two malls close by and the bars near by, but!!!!! ... my finance got but by some kind of bug the last night we were there. He woke up with 3 pokes in his body. They said they didn't have housekeeping so they never came to change the sheets. For the towels we had to go drop off the dirty ones and pick up new ones at the front desk. Worst Experience This was the worst experience with this chain hotel. The room had no pots or dishes and when I tried to get them the girl was rude, told me someone would bring them up after they got done washing them. Funny because there's a room behind the front desk counter that was full of dishes and pots. By 2:30pm Im starving and I call down and she still telling me they washing dishes (I went to the lobby at 11am to inform them of this issue), so I had to go out and spend more money on food. Smelled weird. On the first night my husband saw a man trying to break in to a parked car. When we tried calling front desk, we noticed the room phone wasn't working so we went downstairs to notify front desk. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn't get fresh towels unless we notified front desk, again had to go downstairs. If we wanted them to clean up room, same thing we had to go to front desk. Very inconvenient

The price may tempt you but stay away! The room smelled. The towels were not clean and white. Hot water was lukewarm. Toilet was not clean and had urine all over it. The toilet also constantly flushed itself every 10 minutes and was not securely fastened to the floor. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy and no option to turn it off. Vanity had a stain on it and the faucet had cleaner residue all over it. I couldn't use the ironing board because it had stains all over it and was coming apart.
