A total nightmare Even though I confirmed and paid for my room, ehen I got there they told me I didn't have a reservation. Then the clerk asked if my name was xxxxx I said yes. If I didn't have a reservation how do you have my name? He then told me his manager told him to give away my room. I spoke with her. She said bottom line we are full what do you want me to do? Just plain horrible Dirty sheets in a "freshly cleaned" room is UNSAT. Smoking in this hotel, despite being "smoke-free". Mold on the shower curtain and throughout the grout. We stayed about 25 min, then left. It was dreadful.

Hopefully, Exteded Stays are all not like this !!! Would like my money back! Took forever to get checked in. No luggage carts available. Smashed food on hallway floors & some stairways dark & trashy. Elevator made loud clunk whenever used - call out the tech! Room smelled of cigarette smoke (suppose to be non- smoking). Shower curtain 2 feet of dark green mold towards tub. Horrible experience all around Hotel accommodations were not what was purchased on travelocity. Room smelt like wet dog and cigarettes. Light was broken in restroom, kitchen sink handle fell off. Toilet was not clean, carpet filthy. No alternate accommodations were offered. We were given a spray can for the restroom to attempt to mask the odor. Over priced hotel Room was in awful condition- no light fixture in bathroom/ shower area just hanging wires. Shower curtain was moldy. There was also a moldy smell in hallways and heavy cigarette smoke odor in hallways. The A/C did not work in room, only in "living room", kitchenette area. The reason we didn't complain while there was because we had an event to attend and didn't have time, but regardless, these are things that should be addressed before guests enter room.
