Horrible it was a terrible stay. The room had no toiletries, the beds were not made. No bed sheets, no pillow cases, NOT EVEN A COMFORTER!! When we spoke to agent at the front, we had to follow her to get everything and it wasn't even handed to us. Literally threw everything into a trash bag and tossed it to the floor for us to pick up and take to our room. The sofa had all kinds of crumbs and a KNIFE was found in the pull out. Terrible experience No proper guest services, limited staff (1), dirty sheets, always an excuse for reservation, clean sheets, towels, "grab n go" breakfast, not listed on website. Be honest and say it's a "grab n go"

Don't stay here. Terrible customer service. Waited for an hour to check in because they weren't ready for check in at 3. The "breakfast" is just coffee and granola bars. Not worth the price at all.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Horrible. Horrible. Terrible. Worst guest service I have ever experienced. These are the words that come to mind when I recall my stay at this hotel. I have stayed at many different hotels and motels, and this one was the worst in every way. No sheets or pillows for the mattress on the sofa bed (had to call front desk and walk down to retrieve them). No dishes, utensils, pots, pans, appliances, etc. in the "fully equipped kitchen". Check-in took awhile because there was a lot going on and we felt that they weren't listening when we gave our information. They almost checked-in the wrong person and on top of that we found out that we were charged the wrong amount even though we already paid for the room. It took a little time to have it fixed. I don't think we will return..

The rooms were quite dirty and the service is horrible. I do not like that they have no housekeeping

I wouldn't stay again The man who check me in was very nice. That's about the only good thing about my stay. The bed was horrible I felt like the springs would come through any minute, the sheet was so old that it couldn't even stay on the bed. I don't know what was worse the bed or the smell of the room. I've stayed at other extended stays and none were this bad!

Dirty and damaged! Will never go back!! Bed sheets dirty and damaged. Red marks on bed sheet: are those blood? Sinks have signs of water damage. Toilet clogged up after first use and unable to fix and use afterward. Worst America hotel that I have been to. Will never go back to extended stay from this terrible experience.

Terrible hotel outside of Austin Upon arrival, I had to wait 10+ minutes for a clerk to assist me. Once the clerk finally arrived, he informed me that he had no rooms. He said he canceled my booking, but I was still charged. Nightmare. Avoid this place.
