Hotel Just Okay I wont stay here again. There were no little face towels to shower or wash my face with, there was no bar soap but they did have a little package of dish soap. I had to use the little small dish towel in the mini kitchen to take a shower and wash my face the first night. There were no numbers on the phone to call and ask for towels. I had to walk quite a ways to the desk to ask for the towels. Hotel was drab and needs updating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

During our stay the toilet clogged, we notify the front desk and the lady said she was going to send somebody to get it fix but it WAS NOT. We ended up unclugging toilet ourselves with a plunger. The last night in our stay we were moved to a different room upon our request. The hallways and elevator in the hotel look very dirty during our whole stay. We requested 2 pillows and could not be provided.

Short unpleasant stay at extended stay! Reserved a 2 room suite, and at check in was not available had had two rooms across hall with kids. Roaches, no trashcans in room, bedroom door broken and just leaning against wall, which I had to put in closet area so our 16 month would not hurt himself. Dirty rooms.

Hotel completely unsanitary! Don’t stay there! I was travelling with my extended family which had children and a pregnant person. As we arrive at the hotel the rooms are completely dirty and has roaches. We ask to be moved rooms (note we had 2) and all of the 4 had the same situation and 1 of the rooms was clearly showing Its door had been broken in previously. That didn’t make us safe. Not worth the money Barely gave shower amenities, there was NO breakfast, daily room cleaning was 10$ extra.Staff was EXTREMELY unfriendly and looked annoyed to be bothered to do their job (front desk staff, I didnt see a by other staff) The place reeked and there was garbage in the halls and roaches lurking because of it. Pretty sure its a few months from being a pay by the hour crack house. Don't waste your money here!

Not a relaxing, comfortable stay for me... I just couldn't get comfortable enough here to rest. It seemed to be clean, but the room and hotel was just too worn for me. There was a Band-Aid stuck to the floor near the elevator, and while I could have picked it up, that wasn't my job. In the 2+ days I tried to stay here, none of the housekeeping or hotel staff got rid of that Band-aid stuck to the floor. That Band-aid just kind of summed up the stay for me.

This was our first stay at an Extended Stay hotel. I will never select another for future travels.

Dirty, smelly room. There were stains, open soap package, holes in the wall, burn marks in the bedding. Someone left a carpet cleaner plugged in inside the room. Very gross.
