Forgotten purpose & boldly moldy I should first start with positive statements regarding how very dog friendly this facility is. The staff was very friendly and positive considering they didnt have the equipment or supplies to full fill this hotels functions. It was clear that every one that I interacted with wished to meet my requests. This is all the positives. I was grossed out by obvious existence of mold in the shower. It sucked. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Light out in bathroom. Dozens of rats in the parking lot that night.

Not a happy camper A.c. unit in my room didn't work. Leaked water. The fridge would make these loud noises...sounded like someone was trying to barge into my room but it was the fridge. Hallways smelled and the trash cans had not been emptied in easily 3-4 days. Trash stunk so bad on all floors. I wouldn't stay there again, much less recommend it yo anyone.

Room Not Fit for Use The following were wrong with the room they gave me. Of course I discovered it after we've settled in the room. They offered to move us. Bathroom door does not close. Carpet in front of AC wet due to condensation Kitchen light does not work. Light cover is about to fall Missing smoke detector in kitchen I notified the receptionist when I checked out, so they don't lease it again before getting fixed.

BED BUGS NO TELEVISION/PHONES AFTER SURGE On a week long trip including 6 hotel stays; staying at Extended Stay America -- NW -- Research Park was by FAR the most unkempt, dirtiest hotel stay of any of the other 5 hotels, in which I stayed over. At 2:30 in the morning; I am feeling pain on my face and arms. I shot up out of the bed and looked in the mirror to find bite marks on me. I turned on the lights around the bed to find BED BUGS on the pillow my head was resting on. I spent until 3:30 a.m. killing the hotels bed bugs.... read more

Never staying here again We arrived at the hotel to find no one at the reception desk. Once we finally got checked in we proceeded to our room to find it was a complete mess and wasn't cleaned at all from the last occupants. We went back to the front desk and got booked into a different room. Our new room was still poorly kept. Overall was not satisfied with this hotel at all. Nice hotel, horrible experience I booked online knowing I would get there late at night (11:30pm). My credit card payment had went through.. I had a work meeting the following day, so i expected to check in and get some rest. WRONG. The hotel's server was down, which meant they had no way to pull up any reservations online. The receptionist was very rude, and unprofessional, she was wearing a shower cap!!!!!
