Don't get fool, free breakfast is only 2 lots of coffee

Not a good experience. My shower had no shower curtain. I asked that they put one in. When I returned to the room, I had a shower curtain, but they removed all the towels?! Carpet was soaked in the bedroom from a leaky air conditioning unit. Blood stains on the comforter. Will not stay there again.

Not what we expected Weve stayed at this chain before and this was by far the worst experience we ever had. One we were almost attacked by big dogs at the hotel. And we were told we had to take showers before 11 because we would be without water until the morning. When on vacation noone wants to have to worry about not having water.

Hotel needs help! I will have to say, the staff was as effective and friendly as they could be. However, it appears as if the entire hotel is severely understaffed which resulted in a very non-ideal stay for us. Upon check-in, we were "accidentally" sent to a room that hadn't been cleaned, keep in mind we checked in at 1:00AM, so there was plenty of time for cleaning. Not worth it Check in took a while because the employee walked away when I said I was there to check in & the other employee there was new & didn't do check ins. So I had to wait for them to call in someone else. The room was full of bugs. The first night there I killed 3 roaches that were on the AC unit & a spider on the pillow. Ants were all over the room the whole time I was there. They were on the night stands & in the bed. Most nights I slept on the sofa because of the bugs. Very rude and Bad Customer service My husband is a Diabetic and wanted to use the restroom once we reached from Houston after the long journey... the front desk was very rude to him and said it was not their problem if he has diabetes ....moreover when we called to cancel the reservation we were told it cannot be done ....we looked around some other near by hotels but it was late like 11.30 pm ...we could not find any place to stay unfortunately we had no choice and had to stay here . Terrible Terrible, is supposed to be non-smoking but hallways reaked of smoke. Floors were dirty, sheets did not appear to have been washed. The last night there were bugs on the wall and in the sinks.

Breakfast and dirty environment Never see breakfast served like this way, frankly, this is simplest breakfast in the earth, in past years, I staysed hundreds of hotel, terrible experiences , will never book this brand hotel.
