Very disappointed I arrived late, after midnight, and noticed the room had an odd smell normally I would request a new room but it was late and my family was tired. we stayed 5 days and as the days went on it seemed like we found something new and disappointing. the first night the hide a bed wasn't made. the second day the bathroom seemed to have an intermittent leak in the ceiling. the third day we found the microwave was broken. the last night while packing for an early flight I looked under the bed to find a disgusting m... read more

Horrible experience all around Hotel accommodations were not what was purchased on travelocity. Room smelt like wet dog and cigarettes. Light was broken in restroom, kitchen sink handle fell off. Toilet was not clean, carpet filthy. No alternate accommodations were offered. We were given a spray can for the restroom to attempt to mask the odor. When we called travelocity to voice our complaint and request some form of concession we were told that after asking the hotel staff they deemed our complaints not worthy of any type ... read more

Needs renovation, too dirty Smells like cigarettes, mold is growing in the bathroom, carpet and bedsheets were dirty

Over priced hotel Room was in awful condition- no light fixture in bathroom/ shower area just hanging wires. Shower curtain was moldy. There was also a moldy smell in hallways and heavy cigarette smoke odor in hallways. The A/C did not work in room, only in "living room", kitchenette area. The reason we didn't complain while there was because we had an event to attend and didn't have time, but regardless, these are things that should be addressed before guests enter room. Try elsewhere Not good - facilities are really poor and not kept up well. On arrival my room was not completely cleaned or stocked with basics like TP. On departure at 6:30 in the morning there was no one at the desk to check me out. Room dirty and excessively worn. Entire facility is in rough shape.

Out of date rude staff When we checked in we were greeted by rude staff who ignored us and then acted as if we were a burden to be there. Once in our room we discovered broken doors, leaking toilets, mold under the sink and key card readers that would work. There were also no dishes in the cabinets a missing blow dryer and coffee pot and no telephone. Disappointed in ES Hotel Research Blvd Austin TX The staff didn't speak upon check in. The room smelled of smoke and mildewed/dirty carpet. The a/c leaked so carpet in bedrm was wet by window. Shower head broken, fell off & hit my foot. Questionable behavior in parking lot after dark. Elevator belt was popping loudly-scared my badly. Sheets weren't clean.
