Hotel had a foul order we came hours away to check in early and the receptionist refused for us to check in. We went to a hotel down the street and had no problems but this hotel I wouldn't ever stay out didn't seem clean and very bad odor. Didn't stay there due to the receptionist being so rude.

The property had trash all around the building. It was suppsed to be a non smoking room and all night all we could smell was cigarette smoke. With my 2 year old son being allergic to cigarette smoke and has asthma...it was not a good fit for us. Thank goodness we brought his extra inhaler. The pictures on the website are very misleading. The property is very old and in the pictures it looks new and updated.

Convenient to where my Austin business was and relatively inexpensive, but noisy all night and hallway outisde my door remained covered in pet urine

We were given another persons room which explains why our room key did not work. The concierge gave us his “master key” so we could get in/out of the room. The room door looked as if it had been broken into. When asked about it the concierge said he had reported the door and was waiting on it to be fixed. There were no towels available and when we asked for them we were told it would take 4-5 hrs. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. We had to wake up the staff to check us in. The rooms were filthy. There were pawprints of a dog on the sheets. The inside of the dishwasher was covered with mold. The cooking stove wasn't even plugged up. We were told that check-out was 11:00 and staff was banging on our door at 10:00 telling us to leave. We were already packing.

Nasty Hotel & Prostitution Ally! When I made this booking I made it for a Queen with a couch, when we were about an hour out or so I called to let them know we will be arriving a little after 11 but we are still coming. The lady that answered the phone was snappy,okay so what can I help you with. I repeated it again that we are coming but going to be late. Well we arrived and I got everything handled at the desk. Do not stay here homeless people pee and sleep with in the lobby. Roaches are in the room.
