Nasty Hotel & Prostitution Ally! When I made this booking I made it for a Queen with a couch, when we were about an hour out or so I called to let them know we will be arriving a little after 11 but we are still coming. The lady that answered the phone was snappy,okay so what can I help you with. I repeated it again that we are coming but going to be late. Well we arrived and I got everything handled at the desk. Do not stay here homeless people pee and sleep with in the lobby. Roaches are in the room.

The place is clearly understaffed, everytime we went to the front desk no one was there and we had to wait several minutes before someone attended us. We had to cut our stay short. There were people in other rooms smoking despite this being a free smoke property. This caused the fire alarm to go off 3 times in the middle of the night. At this point we decided to leave and ask for a refund. We didn't get a full refund even though we barely stayed in the property. We payed 210 DLLs for our stay and we're refunded 99 DLLs. Not happy The whole hotel is run down and dirty. It is not appealing to the eye and the room was filthy. Had a dirty sock on the ground in the bedroom but that was nothing compared to the run down interior. The website is VERY deceptive and you should be ashamed of yourself!!

This hotel is run down and not maintained. In our room, the carpet was badly stained, the couch was stained and disgusting, the hallways did not appear to have been vacuumed in days, and our sink was stopped up. Would not recommend.

dirty, roaches, & neglect. i showed up around 1045pm to check in (to the room i already paid for) to find that they had given away my room and the only available rooms were not quite clean. i was exhausted & said if they will finish cleaning the following day i will suck it up for one night. they never came to clean it nor did i see any employees for the remainder of my stay. after i showered german roaches began emerging from all the drains in the room. when i went to go complain instead of finding staff at the front desk i... read more
