My 2nd room was better rhan my first: noisy AC, covered smoke detectors, dirty sheets, last cleaned-when? Definitely not comfortable for a single woman to stay in… choose carefully if you decide to stay.

This place was horribly dirty and smelled of pot

It smelled very horrible even though staff was nice

Never got to check in I was told they didn’t have my reservation and I was charged for my room. I’m demanding a refund Expedia this place stinks. The staff was horrible to place was disgusting. I am blind, and I got no help at all from these people to even try to check in, I was told that they didn’t have a room for me and no reservation for me and I got church room anyway what the hell! Despite showing my Expedia confirmation!!!

People smoking by the entrances, smelly lobby…like an ashtray, and run down. Totally overpriced. I will never book a stay at Holiday Inn again. Very poor quality

I'm a pretty lenient person, but I felt it necessary to comment. There were more transient activities in this area. There was trash in the stairwells with socks and clothes, the doors at the exits were propped with rocks so people were going out to smoke or drink. There were a couple of cars with flat tires in the parking lot. Worst of all for me, my room smelled like dirty socks. The staff was assuming and the building was tired and torn.
