Filthy unmade room, no alternatives. Don’t stay! Went to check in to my room (after calling ahead since I was arriving into Austin late) and they couldn’t find my reservation and said they were full. She then had me call back 15 minutes later and had found my reservation. When I arrived it took a long time to check in and then when I got to the room it was filthy—had never been turned over from the prior guests. Piles of trash and dirty beds, and a foul odor. there was men's semen on the toilet seat uncleaned, there were cockroaches in the room, curtains were stained and staff was rude

First the night manager (knowing we had a reservation) insisted that there were no public restrooms and left me no choice but to go to the bathroom outside before I could check in because I couldn't wait. We had 3 in our room and he didn't give us sheets for the pullout sofa and only had towels for 2. The room was completely filthy with visible dirt on in the drawers and on the counters. rooms were in poor shape, hallways smelled like smoke, windows were not sealed could feel air coming through closed windows, air conditioning and heat didn't work, tear on couch in many places. Left hotel after one night & got a reservation at a different hotel because this one was so bad. Originally I paid for 5 nights and they refused to refund at least 3 nights- what a waste

Place is a dump. Hallways and rooms and stairwells we're filthy. When trying to check out a day early, the hotel clerk was nowhere to be found. Called the front desk from room and also from front desk counter (could hear the phone ringing), also banged on the door. Later the clerk said he was there the whole time. I suspect he was gone from the premises. Still trying to get refund for the night I didn't stay.

Made my reservation... Me and my party showed up, and there are no rooms available. I thought that's what a real reservation was all about??? But fortunately cheap tickets was able to find me another hotel nearby at the same price. I will not use this hotel again since they made it a very long process and we're very tired to go find and drive to another hotel.
