I arrived in the early afternoon to check in and the staff would not allow me to check in, even tho I had a reservation. I noticed at that time that the Parking Lot and Approach to the Lobby was dirty, with cigarette butts and garbage directly outside the front door, but did not look further into the building. When I returned at 10:30-11:00 pm, the doors were locked and staff told me that I was lucky that I arrived when I did because they were leaving soon.
