rooms were in poor shape, hallways smelled like smoke, windows were not sealed could feel air coming through closed windows, air conditioning and heat didn't work, tear on couch in many places. Left hotel after one night & got a reservation at a different hotel because this one was so bad. Originally I paid for 5 nights and they refused to refund at least 3 nights- what a waste

Place is a dump. Hallways and rooms and stairwells we're filthy. When trying to check out a day early, the hotel clerk was nowhere to be found. Called the front desk from room and also from front desk counter (could hear the phone ringing), also banged on the door. Later the clerk said he was there the whole time. I suspect he was gone from the premises. Still trying to get refund for the night I didn't stay.

Made my reservation... Me and my party showed up, and there are no rooms available. I thought that's what a real reservation was all about??? But fortunately cheap tickets was able to find me another hotel nearby at the same price. I will not use this hotel again since they made it a very long process and we're very tired to go find and drive to another hotel.

Bad experience Dirty room one of the mattresses was moldy. I left the room in the morning And I came back at 3:30 pm And I found the room the same (had not been cleaned) no room service showed up I had to leave and check out right away
