Unhappy with hotels.com and the hotel I am very pissed off I didnt even get to stay and i was told i would get a refund & due to miscommunication on the hotels end and wrong info about the checkin timw . Now im being told since hotels.com cant get ahold of the hotel i will not be getting a refund. Thats $100 i could be using for my family.

The bed wasn’t made there were roaches and it was nasty

Horrible experience It was disgusting. We had no choice but to stay the night. We asked to get a refund for the nights we didn’t stay and never got it. It smelled, roof leaks, homeless people outside.

Not to expectations The staff was very professional but the hotel doesn’t meet the standards of other Extended Stays. This looked more like a halfway house than a hotel. Ownership of the hotel should be ashamed. I have respect for this staff considering the conditions they work in. Rooms were frightening. Location was right next to an underpass with a colony of homeless. As I was checking in a police officer was walking out a vagrant. I checked out the rooms and had to immediately check out. They lost my reservation and had no rooms. My belief is they saw a chance to sell the room at a higher price since I didn’t check in until 7pm.
