Horrible I booked it through hotels.com and when we got there they had no room for us but charge my account. I still don’t have my money back.

This hotel has all signs of neglect. From stinky hallways to nasty rooms there is a long list of why Expedia should black list this hotel. The room had pet hair,broken shower curtain, smoke smell, the stove top was nasty. The entrance to the hotel was also very dirty. There is no upkeep at this property. It felt like I rented a room in the ghetto. I will post pictures. Stay away from this dump.

Worst place we've ever stayed at. Staff was rude, the back and side door card scanners had been broken so you couldn't use them, there was no remote for the tv, they gave us one towel. There was something brown smeared all over the blow drier hand prints and smudges on the mirrors our bed looked as if someone had just been sleeping in it. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

I made the reservation on Expedia with no apparent problem. When I got to the hotel, they said there were no rooms available, and I had to go elsewhere. When I contacted Expedia about the problem, I was told that I could not get a refund. I then disputed the charge with Visa. I am very dissatisfied with this experience, and I would not ever use Expedia to book anything again unless I get a full refund plus additional compensation. This is totally unacceptable.

I was shocked and scared the entire time. I wouldn’t recommend even my best enemy to stay there. The building is falling apart, water leaks everywhere, staff is so unprofessional to say the least.

Worst hotel ever This place was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The room was dirty and damaged. There was no shower curtain or toilet paper.
