Do Not Stay Here!!! The place was filthy!!! The tub leaked, the floor was leaking underneath the toliet. Really bad odor, there was roaches inside the room in the kitchen. Woke up covered in dog hair ane we did not have a dog inside the room. People were smoking walking down the hall in a smoke free facility!!! The mananger and the staff were nice and tried to help but even after the moved us rooms, the new room was still not clean!

We were evicted because room was not ready. We were given keys first to an occupied room, which caused the occupants some consternation (observed by security officer Harper). We then were given keys to a room that was not made up. They refused to make it up, but did supply linen while we were waiting in the lobby for 15 min. We went back to the room to find queen size for a king bed. When we pointed this out, the local manager had officer Harper evict us from the premises leaving us no place to stay after midnight. Unhappy with hotels.com and the hotel I am very pissed off I didnt even get to stay and i was told i would get a refund & due to miscommunication on the hotels end and wrong info about the checkin timw . Now im being told since hotels.com cant get ahold of the hotel i will not be getting a refund. Thats $100 i could be using for my family.

Horrible experience It was disgusting. We had no choice but to stay the night. We asked to get a refund for the nights we didn’t stay and never got it. It smelled, roof leaks, homeless people outside.
