Not to expectations The staff was very professional but the hotel doesn’t meet the standards of other Extended Stays. This looked more like a halfway house than a hotel. Ownership of the hotel should be ashamed. I have respect for this staff considering the conditions they work in. Rooms were frightening. They lost my reservation and had no rooms. My belief is they saw a chance to sell the room at a higher price since I didn’t check in until 7pm.

DO NOT BOOK! I've never left a review before but this hotel has a special place in my heart. Wife and I took a trip to Austin to see friends and family. First hotel booked since COVID began and I forgot to read reviews. Terrible mistake. We booked two nights but only used one. You could not have paid us enough to stay again the second night. The hotel was overbooked, there was no hot water, broken fixtures, leaking faucets, no shower curtains, mold in the shower walls.....

Would not stay ever again The check in was awful. The front desk woman was extremely rude . The room has holes and spots that were covered over and not painted or finished. The room smelled. It was not a good experience
