Lights in our living room didn’t work and was dirty. Front desk staff looked unhappy. Stairway smelled of trash every time we used it.

Staff was extremely rude. No one was ever around except when I was checking in and checking out. Staff proceeded to hide in the back and not do work which forced customers to use a phone. Wait time was even longer since he or she didn't answer right away. I received a non smoking room that smelt like smoke. The bathroom sink was broken. Hot water was not always readily available when showering. Rooms were not touched up daily. Breakfast was never restocked as it emptied. For example, coffee was never refilled. Charges hidden fees and deposits U never get back The woman at the front desk was rude and ignored me listen to her headphones and I was surprised by the $100 deposit. In fact, the woman said it will cost $100 and when I asked if I'm getting it back, she didn't answer. I got a smoking room that said no smoking on the door, and I double checked with the front des because of my deposit. A week later I call and ask when I get my deposit back and was promised soon.
