Horrible experience Rooms AC was not cooling and they never went to fix it. Entire hotel smelled like smoke. Staff was not friendly at all. Would never stay here again.

Not so good experience, front desk always has a “we are busy servicing other guests” and not one to attend customers! Room was not clean

The carpets were stained, the shower was dirty, the back of the toilet was cracked the room and hallway smelled bad, the elevators were dirty, Overall bad experience. I will not be staying at an extended stay ever again

I didn’t get to stay. You over booked and no one greeted me for 45 min while I waited for my room all to be told there were no rooms available.
Would not stay again Dark and dingy, the entire place smells of stale smoke despite being a non-smoking property. We needed a quick, cheap place to stay in a bind and this was definitely cheap, in all aspects.

There are so many flea on the counter bed . This is my first hotel so yunky like that, we would never and ever stay in that hotel a gain. We will working with a lawyer in that hotel.
