Not cleaned, smelled very bad, noisy guests, no phone in room to contact front desk

Smh When I turned in the heater in the room, the fire alarm went off. No working light in restroom. Kitchen never seemed used, so it just looked old. Fixtures old. I was cold, not having the extra heat. Not enough blankets. I figured the shower /tub was old, and that’s why the lights didn’t work. So you wouldn’t have to see it.

The room was not clean. There was dead bugs on the floor & in the cabinets. The walls are dirty as well as the curtains. The pull out bed had plastic forks inside & napkins. The restroom door would not close. There is only one remote for 2 TVs. When I checked in the receptionist was arguing with a customer

Staff were great. The property was horrible and trashy. The halls were so creepy I was scared to walk down them. “Breakfast” was TERRIBLE! Only mini muffins??? Seriously???
