Find another place to stay. When I arrived they couldn’t find both of my reservations and that I had to contact hotels.com to find the problem. Also their were bugs in both rooms. For the on the go breakfast their were no utensils or cups or bowls. One of our rooms their was a dog in the next room that barked most of the time.

I will NEVER stay here again. On the day of my arrival I had to wait almost 20 minutes before someone decided to come to the counter. Our room was not ready we had to wait an hour. We were told we would get a call when our room was ready. Never received the call. When we came back we had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to help us. The hotel was dirty. The elevator had sticky stuff all on the floors. The hall way leading to our room was filthy. It had a bad smell and stains on the floor. Room 210 is in bad condition. O... read more

The front desk lady, she was black, I forgot her name but she was great!! When her manager was SLACKING she helped me and my boyfriend out. Our shower didn’t work and nobody wanted to help except her!

never again This is not a great place to stay: lousy service, bugs in room, no breakfast as advertised. In fact, I can't think of anything good about this place. Avoid.

Terrible. Didn't even give us the right room. We couldn't get ahold of the hotel to let them know we would be late, had to call Hotels.com just to have them put down on our reservation that we would be getting there late. Front desk was nowhere in sight, except for a sign on a phone that said "push 0 for service" because they were hiding in the room behind the counter. Just terrible This hotel was absolutely lousy. Though the room did not smell of smoke, the hallways did. The front desk service was poor. The shower faucet was running - not dripping - literally a steady flow. Room had many many stains - I'm hoping the red ones were wine. And a 10:55am, the front desk clerk went room to room banging on doors telling everyone to get out (her words were actually just yelling that checkout was at 11).
