I'm a retired profession pilot who's been in thousands of hotels, both domestic and international. This was perhaps the worst experience of my life. The check in girl was OK but the rest was downhill. I had two rooms for myself, my daughter, her husband and the five collective children. The queen size bed was so cheap, when I sat on the end of it, the front came off the ground and I only way 170 lbs. Nasty, dirty

The room was filty -breakfast was horrible . Dirty water in the sink & toilet. Hotels .com take this hotel of your list.

Horrible experience! Hotel tried to double charge us at check in and run our card again even though we paid online through website. The room was very run down, bathroom was in need of repairs, tub was filthy, lock on door was broken, bugs crawling around in bathroom. Very disgusting!

Terrible, terrible place to stay. They lied about the amenities: no "on the go breakfast" available at all. Channel 29 on the TV is supposed to be the cartoon network for the kids, but it had sound but no picture. No remote control. The pool was full of leaves and closed, the main reason we went there. Office chair had cobwebs on the back and white stains on the black seat bottom. The pull out sofa was full of brown stains. Room 207 has a red splatter stain on the wall next to the bed (blood????)
